Barron hosts several festivals throughout the year including Music in the Park, the Barron Fall Festival, Business and Industry Appreciation Day, and the City of Lights.
City of Lights
The Barron Chamber of Commerce holiday light display at City Hall, the Light and Water Department, and the Barron Library.
Help Decorate the City
We need your help to make the City of Lights campaign a success. Please decorate your business or home to help us make the City of Lights a great holiday success. If your business or home is along Highway 8 through Barron or LaSalle Avenue Business District you’re in the City of Lights Zone.
Music in the Park
On the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, from May through August, Music in the Park is hosted at Anderson Park from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. This is a free event. Join us for music, food and fun. Bring a lawn chair, grab a picnic table or take a seat in the pavilion. Food starts at 6:30 p.m.
The 2020 Fall Festival is set to be held on September 12th. For 2020, we will look to build off of the exciting changes we made in 2019, while looking to make changes in areas where we got feedback to make the festival even better. We would like to provide the community with fresh ideas and a new look. Check back later to see an update for the 2020 event schedule!
Fall Festival History
Since 2014, we have had activities including:
- Grand Parade
- Kid’s Activities
- Petting Zoo
Support From Sponsors
Barron’s Fall Fest would not be possible without the support of many business sponsors, together with the help of many organizers and volunteers. Thanks to those that help bring the event to our community.
