Barron hosts festivals throughout the year some of which include  Music in the Park,  Barron Fall Festival, and Business and Industry Appreciation Day.

Music in the Park
Anderson Park 

The Third Tuesday of each month (May-August) during the summer is Music in the Park from 7:00pm - 9:00pm - Free! Join us for music, food and fun. Bring a lawn chair, grab a picnic table or take a seat in the pavilion at Anderson Park.  Food starts at 6:30pm

FFA Tractor Raffle and Ride- August 27, 2016

Raffle tickets are available starting June 1st.  They are $10.00 each or
5 for $40.00. Available at City Hall, Sterling Bank, and Auto Value. 

No cab tractors are invited to join us for a tractor ride from 8:00am-4:00pm. (no trailers) 
The ride will start in Dallas, travel to Prairie Farm, Ridgeland and back to Dallas.
The raffle drawing will take place at the end of the ride.

Money earned will fund scholarships for Barron Area High School students.

In May of 2016 two- $500.00 scholarships were presented with the funds from 2015.

Fall Festival- September 9-11, 2016

Fall Fest 2016 will include the Vietnam Veteran's Moving Wall. Thrusday September 8-11, 2016. The wall will be located in Anderson Park, open to the public. The opening ceremony will be on Thursday the 9th. 

Businesses are encouraged to help “decorate the town” and participate in a Fall Decorating Contest.  Another pre-activity of Fall Fest was the Golden Pumpkin Hunt.  The lucky winner will win $25.00 in Barron Chamber Dollars.

Pancake Breakfast from 8:00am-11:00am at Foresquare Church
Lyndon Ellefson memorial Run/Walk- 8:30am BACC Breakfast - 8:30am-11-30am  Registration form & poster
Kid's games and inflatables-10:00am-6:00pm. Music at 1:00pm with the beverage tent open at noon. A Pig Roast dinner will start at 4:30-7:30pm that evening. Music by Verge from 7:00pm -11:00pm. Fireworks lite the sky at 8:15pm.

Classic Car Show next to the cemetery from 8:00am-4:00pm.
Pancake Breakfast & Lunch at Car Show- 8:00am-2:00pm
The Grand Parade will be at noon down LaSalle Avenue. 

Barron’s Fall Fest is not be possible without the support of many business sponsors, together with the help of many organizers and volunteers, Thanks to those that will help bring this years celebration to our community.
