Barron hosts festivals throughout the year some of which include  Music in the Park,  Barron Fall Festival, and Business and Industry Appreciation Day.

Music in the Park
Anderson Park 

The Third Tuesday of each month (May-August) during the summer is Music in the Park from 7:00pm - 9:00pm - Free! Join us for music, food and fun. Bring a lawn chair, grab a picnic table or take a seat in the pavilion at Anderson Park.  Food starts at 6:00pm Vendors on-site

Fall Festival


To set the tone for Fall Fest, businesses are encouraged to help “decorate the town” and participate in the Scarecrow Decorating Contest.  Another pre-activity of Fall Fest is the Golden Pumpkin Hunt. Clues will be posted in the Barron News-Shield, giving individuals an opportunity to hunt for the Golden Pumpkin. The lucky winner will win $50.00 in Barron Chamber Dollars.

Friday there will be a 911 memorial and Music in the Park. a beverage tent will be available at 5:00pm with Music from 7:00pm- 10:00pm. Food will be served at 6:00pm.

Saturday starts off with the Tour De Color Bike ride at 8:30am. It will start this year from Anderson Park. Kids games and inflatables will be in the park from 10:00am-4:00pm. Polka music will be in the beverage tent at noon, with a Pig Roast dinner that evening. Chris Kroeze and Sweet Action will start at 7:00pm-10:00pm.

A Duck Race for kids and adults and a Kick Ball Tournament is planned Saturday. Food Vendors are available in the park during the day.

Sunday will start with a Pancake Breakfast and Classic Car Show beside- Swant Ford on Highway 8. The Grand Parade will start at noon down Lasalle Avenue. 

Barron’s Fall Fest would not be possible without the support of many business sponsors, together with the help of many organizers and volunteers, Thanks to those that will help bring this years celebration to our community.
