The Third Tuesday of each month (May-August) during the summer is Music in the Park from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Free! Join us for music, food and fun. Bring a lawn chair, grab a picnic table or take a seat in the pavilion at Anderson Park. Food starts at 6:30 pm

Big Top Circus is Coming to Town!
Thanks to the sponsorship of the Barron Chamber of Commerce, Culpepper & Merriweather Circus, America’s Favorite Big Top Circus is coming to Barron, WI on Tuesday, July 17th, 2018 to the lot next to Barron Ford located at 1697 E. Division Ave. with scheduled performances at 5:00 & 7:30 p.m. Now in its 33rd edition, C&M
Circus has become internationally known for quality family entertainment. This authentic One-Ring, Big Top Circus
has been featured on National Geographic’s Explorer TV series, Entertainment Tonight, The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Tribune, Arizona Highways Magazine. Bring your friends and family out circus morning to watch as a familiar place in your town is transformed into a bustling Circus City. Activity swirls around the grounds as animals are unloaded, the Big Top is erected, and rigging is prepared for performances later in the day. Enjoy the magic and tradition of the American Circus with your family and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. come watch the raising of the Big Top, then stay for the FREE Tour. This presentation offers a unique face-to face opportunity for families, schools and interested community members to meet and learn all about the Culpepper & Merriweather Circus family and includes a walking tour of the circus grounds. Learn interesting facts about our performers, the history of our show and the different species of animals in our Circus Family. In this presentation we will also address topics such as hygiene, grooming and the veterinary care all of our animals receive. In recent years the Tent Raising and Morning Tour has become a popular program for families and interested community members. It is presented in a way everyone, young and old can learn many interesting facts about the Culpepper & Merriweather Circus Family. This is a special part of Circus Day that should not be missed!
On circus day, our performers bring the magic of the circus to life in each 90-minute performance. This year’s lineup includes an All-Star group of performers and entertainers that include: Miss Simone and her breath taking single trapeze, Miss Paulina’s proud " Big & Little" prancing ponies, The Arlise Troupe on their wild and crazy unicycles, Natalie’s American Eskimo Escapades, Miss Georgia displaying flexability to the extreme and for the first time, the Wheel of Destiny & Tight Rope by The Perez Family. But, lets not forget our favorite performing Jungle Cats, Soloman, Delilah & Francis, presented by Mr. Trey Key, that will certainly have you on the edge of your seats!
All accompanied by original music composed by the talented, Matt Margucci from Los Angeles, California. Our performers are sure to amaze, delight and entertain the audience members of all ages beyond your wildest imagination. The costumes alone are certainly of Las Vegas quality.

Chamber Annual Meeting - January 29, 2018
The Annual Meeting is a great opportunity to network with fellow business peers and learn more about the Chamber. The past year's events and finances are reviewed at the meeting. New board members are elected and new projects announced.
In conjunction with the Annual Meeting, historically we’ve acknowledged one individual in the community with a Distinguished Service Award. This years award was presented to Pat Thornby. (Barron Veterinary Clinic)
Fall Festival- September 8 & 9, 2018
Since 2014 we have had three days of activities from Music, Kid's activities, Inflatables, Fireworks and a Grand Parade. Barron’s Fall Fest would not be possible without the support of many business sponsors, together with the help of many organizers and volunteers, Thanks to those that help bring the event to our community.
For 2018 we will be reviewing the event and attendance from the past few years. We would like to provide the community with fresh ideas and a new look. Event details will be available soon.

Creating a SAFE and FUN Trick-or-Treating Experience
Including a Trunk-or-Treat site and a Children’s Costume Parade/Contest. The Trunk-or-Treat site will be located in the small parking area to the west of Gordy’s. The Costume Parade/Contest will start from there at 10:00am and make its way through Monroe Manor. The wonderful residents at Monroe Manor will judge the costumes.
Look for an orange pumpkin in the window of participating businesses.
Barron "City of Lights" November 23rd - December 31st
Light displays are at Barron City Hall, Barron Light & Water Dept. Barron Library and Barron County Government Center. Area businesses and homeowners are also encouraged to decorate.
Santa’s Workshop- at the BACC - December TBD
The Barron Chamber of Commerce works in conjunction with the Barron Area Community Center to sponsor Santa’s Workshop. The workshop will be in its 11 year and has been very well received. The event allows youngsters to purchase that special holiday gift for family or loved ones and then have it gift wrapped by Santa’s helpers. Businesses have the opportunity to set up a table with their products and offer them at a price point that youngsters can afford to purchase for their parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, etc. Not only is there an opportunity for businesses to make a small profit, but also gives participating businesses that added exposure creating a positive impact on the community.
Following the shopping experience, the youngsters enjoy pizza and a movie. Not only do the kids have a great time but also the volunteers and staff who help coordinate this event.
